Delivery and Shipping

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard delivery in Austria and Germany: 15 EUR

Delivery within the EU: 20 EUR

For orders over 90 EUR free shipping within Europe.

For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us by sending an e-mail to customer@amoeniloci.it and we will calculate the shipping costs as fast as possible.

We will always choose the best courier for a safe delivery between UPS or DHL or DPD or other courier at our sole discretion.

The delivery time is normally 5-7 working days, EXCEPT where expressly indicated (eg leather objects made at the time of the order). Working days are defined from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00, excluding holidays. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the shipping confirmation is sent to you.

Please note that deliveries may take longer in certain regions, such as overseas, or if your order requires additional security checks.
